What do I do if I can't get the pen to work on the board?
Check that the board has been calibrated using the callibration link from the interwrite toolbar on the task bar.
Make sure you have followed the IPC start up - Interwrite, Projector, Computer
Is the pen fully charged?
How do I change the background colour of the blank page?
Open the Interwrite menu and scroll to preferences. Click on blank page from the LHS menu, link to the background colour. Choose a new colour. OK - OK. This colour will now be the default for all new pages.

How do I get to the desktop from within Interwrite?
Click on the mouse icon on the interwrite toolbar.
How do I get back into Interwrite from the desktop?
Click on one of the page arrows on the Interwrite toolbar.
How do I change the colour of typed text?
Click on the text once and the colour pallete will appear at the bottom.
How do I move the page back into position after using the side arrows?(Wendy)
Open the Interwrite menu, scroll to tools and select 'pan page' Use the little hand to drag the page back into position.

Every time I leave the page and come back, the text has moved again???(Mandie)
How do I place an image onto a page that isn't in the gallery? (Mandie)
If I copy an image from Google to put into the gallery, how do I save it so it is a .jpg? Do I use Paint?(Mandie)
How do you clean the filter on the projector?
Is it 'naughty' to just reset the projector's filter time without cleaning it??? (Lachlan)
When the message appears on the screen that the 100 hour cleaning is due, please email Mandie or Terry and we will log the task.
Yes it is VERY naughty to change the hours back to zero if the filter has not been cleaned. Please refer to the Staff ICT-Library Handbook
